History

Parkview Metal Products’ rise to prominence as a full service precision metal stamper and fabricator began in 1950 in leased quarters in the shadow of the Cubs’ Wrigley field: hence the name Parkview.

The Company soon moved to a larger facility on the northwest side of Chicago which served as the company’s headquarters until 2005. Parkview then moved its Chicago operation into a new 137,000 sq. ft. facility in Lake Zurich, Illinois, 30 miles northwest of O’Hare airport. The Lake Zurich facility features prototype, short run and high volume stamping capabilities, in addition to complete assembly, tool design and construction, and engineering services.

In 2007, Parkview expanded to better serve its growing customer base in Mexico and the Southwest U.S. with the opening of a new stamping and assembly plant in Juarez, Mexico to serve markets along the border and within the interior of Mexico.
