PROGRAMMER CNC EQUIPMENT - LAKE ZURICH, IL

SUMMARY:  Programmer to work for the Fabrication Division needed to program CNC Amada Turrets and Mitsubishi & Mazak Lasers in growing precision sheet metal shop.    

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Perform work from specifications, drawings, sketches, and others requirements. Perform flat layout of products and program Turrets and Lasers. Troubleshoot part issues, maintain Tooling Library and create quality plants.    

QUALIFICATIONS:  Experience with operation of laser beam machines. Knowledge and aptitude to analyze drawings and specifications to design data by calculating dimensions, tool selection, machine speeds or feed rates. Use AutoCAD and prepare technical drawings. 

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:  High School degree or equivalent.
